from fans on the radio, he will not survive after this playoffs if he doesn't start scoring. When the fans get to this point, players don't survive in NY. The lynch mob is forming early this playoffs for Nash. Rightly so. He's playing like a pansy again.

Team has three rookies up front. I expect Miller to have some dumb moments. Fast not to score much. Hayes to struggle some. There is no freakin excuse for Nash to become a 10 goal scorer in the post season.

I can see for the first time a Lucic-Nash deal coming about. Boston can't score enough in the regular season. Rangers need a guy to score dirty goals in the playoffs with size.

Like you said, rightfully so. 1 goal in 6 games is business as usual for Nash in the playoffs. I don't want to hear about the PK, or him checking well, or him playing on both ends of the ice. That is all great, but he needs to score some goals...period. That is all that matters. If he was a decent scorer in the playoffs, like a 25 goal pace, no one would get upset, but he doesn't score at all, and it has to change.

He's a huge disappointment. Last year was unbearable, this year it's fucking annoying. He's the Joe Thornton of the East.

42 goals and then nothing in the playoffs is annoying indeed. He simply plays far too lazy in the playoffs. Taking weak shots from the perimeter.

You guys are delusional if you think Nash will be a big time scorer in the playoffs. I've seen enough the last three years. They came up 3 games short of winning the cup last year so they can win without Nash scoring a lot of goals.

It's hard to win when you're leading goal scorer does nothing in the playoffs. Speaking of last year perhaps they might of won the cup if Nash had decided to show up. Plus, of the 6 playoff goals he does have the previous one was meaningless. So that leaves 5 playoff goals and don't remember any of them being big goals.

He's not lazy, just has a problem forcing himself to the front of the goal. And he's not small. He should be able to use his size and strength, and go to the net. He'd probably force the Caps to pay extra attention to him, freeing up other players for good scoring opportunities. If he's in front of the net ... ya never know

It's stating the obvious that Nash needs to produce this post season. Having said that can we see how the playoffs go before everyone buries him this year.

Rangers have played 6 games. This years script is still being written.

Nash becomes a factor today and kreider is unleashed mashing caps at will after unpenalized hit at end of game thursday. Refs owe us a freebie and I hope the hit is on OV

Yes and no Disturbed... We need him to play on par to what he did in the regular season... Goal every other game is a stretch in the playoffs but one cheesy goal in 6 games is unacceptable. He has been a no show so far.. That has to end right now.

Moving forward if Nash plays like he did this afternoon some goals will come. He played the type of game you want to see from him. No complaints about Nash today.

Agreed Mess, but he has to get some goals. I agree that if he plays like he did today, hard and goes to the net, goals will come, but they need to. He needs to score.

Nash needs to produce. Just tired of the constant bitching on this board all up. It's 1-1 in round 2. Let's bitch about Nash if he isn't producing and there are no games left to play
