Yeah, yeah, I just noticed it and am reading the thread. If you're right, I'll acknowledge it tonight, but I want to analyze it for awhile later tonight to learn how his A/TO can be high when he is such a sucky passer.

Batum has always had a good box score line with no zeroes, which jacks up his PER--I used to praise him for it when he was a rookie--yet had minimal effect upon the game. Judging him by stats ignores his disappearances every game at scoring, except on wide open opportunities. He concentrates on defense and passing to compensate for his permanent scoring vacation. So the whole premise of the thread--that his stats are so good--is irrelevant.

Anyway, if you're right about his A/TO, I'll announce that you are the greatest moderator in history. I'll get to it tonight.

You don't get the award till I say so!

Just for that, I'm clicking over to the space news. You'll have to read your praise in the morning, while singing your morning vespers.

    Oh yeah, I forgot!

SLYPOKERDOG IS THE GREATEST MODERATOR IN HISTORY.

And I haven't even had time to verify that yet!

But I'm sure it's true, whether or not he's wrong.

I think igoudala could be great for you and he could be available with the w's trying to stay under the tax. Salary isn't horrible, very good secondary ball handler, very good defender,unselfish...on a good team he is much more than his stats show.

    Or ariza.

Since you're in a sharing mood, we'll take Draymond Green.

But seriously. You'll need Iguodala when Green leaves for Detroit.

I think, if green leaves, some team will be very disappointed with him. He's one of those guys that looks very good when he's surrounded by good players but looks overmatched when he is one of the best players on the team. Last year you could really see this difference when he came off the bench and then see him excel when he was in with starters. Jackson's hockey style substitutions didn't help him out any either. He certainly is not a max player like many people are talking about.

Here's hoping your GM thinks the same way.

Oh, and you're welcome for us taking out Conley for you.

If Batum were a free agent this summer Iggy could've been a backup plan. But with Wes and Nic here he doesn't make sense. I wouldn't be surprised if the warriors trade him this summer in a salary dump. Maybe when Love leaves Cleveland they trade the unguaranted Brenda Haywood contract for him .
