I haven't been on the board for a couple days....... Get this shit, I stopped with Kim at a McDonald's to get a 1$ coke, and tea. I headed to the truck, as she waited for her refill. On her way out two 18 yr old punks, who were coming in with their fkn bicycles, plowed her over, then said: "fk you bitch". As soon as Kim was safe in the truck, I went back in, grabbed the Mgr. asked her why bikes were in her store, then walked up to the two kids. (they were the only 2 in the store). I simply said, "guys, you really should talk to Ladies the way you did". Next thing I know as the first black boy is backing up out the door, I was whacked by the other kid in the back of the head, and both had fkng brass knuckles.......... As soon as we hit the parking lot, right when I got my hands around this little fkrs neck, 2 big mother fkrs came out of nowhere, and 1 of them had brass knuckles. All 4 were black......tell me its not related to the self entitlement & riots across this nation. 4 black on 1 white guy, call me Reginald Denny if necessary. When the cops showed up, and I told each, "I want to press Assault Charges on these 4", all of the mo-fos ran like hell. To make a long story short, I had a mild concussion, but couldn't open my left eye until this morn. The fkn cops did not even want to file a report, citing: "We didn't see it so we can't file a report". Knowing this was a BS response, and Being the brother of an ex 18 yr LA County Deputy Sheriff, I knew better, and was pissed they did not give chase on foot. (I could see my Brother taking down the 2 big Gorillas, like Dick Butkus, hook and book). Today's cops are afraid of their badges, a result of a BS approach the LASD/LAPD has taken since the King debacle. I swear they are too often afraid of public complaints, and /or the N.A.A.C.P......... for once I'd love to see the NAACP, put in its place of racial bias......silenced....! Instead the deputies, watched 'em run. The McDonald's Supv told the cops, I have it all on tape in the store & parking lot, there is your proof, you can come in and watch now. They refused. In the ER, the same fkn cop showed up with his tail b/t his legs, and was embarrassed, he fkd up. Yet, still no action by yesterday. So Kim calls the Station Commander, (who thankfully knew my brother as "The Enforcer"), and she tore on his ass, citing, this is not the kind of law enforcement, we are used to seeing, from guys like her brother in law, and his posse of Deputy friends. I swear this new generation of LASD, and LAPD have been under a microscope since the Rodney King fiasco, which has taken the air or fire out of their sails and souls. Now today, a Detective is on it. Since the Cops said: "we know who all 4 are, and where they live".........that was it, no pursuit or follow up. But now, its only a matter of days, (I hope, yet have been told), that I can face these assholes in court for: 1- Assault and Battery WITH a deadly weapon..... 2- Fleeing the scene of a crime..... It's all I can do, not to carry a .44, but in this fkd up State, one can't get a CCW permit/license, unless your a off duty or retired cop, or a Hollywood star, even then its not easy. Just as well, I'd be in jail for Murder.......I'm getting to old for this shit.
