Which is why his goal total is zero in the playoffs this year.

Difference is OV isn't afraid to get hit, while Nash is a pussy and is afraid to get touched. St. Louis is obviously done, but he's the guy I was hoping would find his game and step up for Zucc being out. Obviously there's nothing left in his game. Glad he's a free agent after this year so we don't have to deal with him next season(unless Sather is an idiot and resigns him).

AV has been a moron again. Why does he play the fourth line so much? This tool has turned into torts in the playoffs.

Double shift your best offensive players like Kreider. Stop worrying about the defense so much. Hank will bail you out.

St.Louis and Hagelin need to be swapped. Boyle and Yandle shouldnt be on the ice together. And the way this teams intensity level plummets after the first period is disgusting.

Tough to outplay the Caps for 2 periods, and still will enter the 3rd down 1-0 on a cheap goal. Throw the puck towards the goal, and go to the net.

Nash has played well in this game. The puck just wont go in for the guy, no matter what he does.

It's like I said though. It's just very hard to keep winning when you're trying to pull out squeakers every single game. Simply put once again the offense just isn't there.

If you read this thread and didn't actually know the score of the game, you would think it was 6-0 Caps. It is actually pretty funny.

Nash has played well, but needs to score. He made a few great plays on D, created a few chances on O, but it all means very little if he doesn't score a goal. He needs to score man.

MSL is useless now...period. The guy never wins a puck battle anymore...ever. Lost one on their goal. And the Yandle/Boyle pairing has been bad. At least 1 of them is on for every goal against it appears. Those 3 guys have really hurt us.

I would move Miller up with Brass and Nash, and MSL back with Hayes and Hags, a line that played well late. Which was my thought from the start, don't like MSL with Brass and Nash since he can't win ANY board battles.

Next goal is huge. Cannot get shutout.

He hasn't been useless. He has made some nice plays but he's paid to score goals. Nobody is going to remember anything else. In my opinion he takes to many low percentage shots.

Yandle is on the ice playing against the very best, sometimes bad breaks happen. Anyway, still has 20 minutes to redeem himself.

Chuck they're not scoring. At some point even you have to admit this is a major issue. Yes, it's 1-0 and they're obviously right in it but this is game one all over again and that's not good.

Yeah he does. If their is nobody in front, he needs to hold the puck and wait.

When they aren't scoring many goals, a 1 goal deficit is big. They need to find a way to get 2 crappy goals. However, I will accept 2 beautiful goals.

I 100% agree with you guys. It is ridiculous that YET AGAIN this team cannot score in the playoffs. Really frustrating.

Gotta give the caps some credit here. They are much better defensive team with Orpik and Niskanen than in the past years.

Would like to see av alternate double shifting kreider and nash lines. 4th line needs to play sparingly in third. Shepard hasn't been much of a factor sizewise or otherwise
