QUESTION: The 2015 hall of fame voting showed the following among suspected PED users..... 9th - Roger Clemens = 37.5% 10th - Barry Bonds = 36.8% 18th - Gary Sheffield = 11.7% 19th - Mark McGwire = 10.1% 21st - Sammy Sosa = 6.6% When Rodriquez is eligible do you see him getting more or less than 20.0% over or under???? Rodriquez will also be only the 5th player in the 500 HR / 3000 hit club. (Aaron, Mays, Palmiero & Murray) BTW: My vote would be UNDER
My vote would be FOR Arod. He was a better all around player than all of them with Bonds being the only one coming close to, or better. The first "writer/voter" who votes for Sheffield (and many others) over Arod should be renamed "Shmuk"...and have his voting privileges revoked for being an incompetent idiot with a personal agenda. I just hope Arod can at least past a nasty skumbag who more than once indicated he has a problem with "white people" and America, by the name of Barry Bonds.....in career RBI. That would make me happy. That's my opinion. Thank you very much, and I know this is going to annoy some people...just because.
The question you have to ask about the HOF these days is who are they going to put in moving forward? If all PED guys or suspected PED guys don't get voted in than who does? Guys from the 90s forward with the credentials are all going to be under at least the suspected microscope. Seems like another issue baseball will just keep their head stuck in the sand about. All the while lets never put the sports all time hits leader where he belongs either.
Yeah, I bet. You're quite a "funny" guy. I stand by my post. Word for word. Now go dry off....you've already shown you're all washed up and jehhhhz a bit biased.
...there are many more players who were never linked to PEDs than the ones not voted in because conversely, they were linked to PEDs. ...Bonds, Clemens, Sosa, McGwire, and Sheffield are by no means innocent bystanders. ...Randy Johnson, Pedro Martinez and John Smoltz and Craig Biggio, were players from the PEDS era...but they were all voted in. I'm also waiting for someone to explain to me why Rose should be in while Joe Jackson is excluded after 100 years of injustice?
...a little early for you to be posting drunk again, no? ...as far as me being "biased", sorry, but no.
You mean the one that says, "My vote would be FOR A-Rod" without finishing what you were talking about? Read the OP over & think about the question. Here let me help a little,........ "WILL A-ROD GET MORE OR LESS THAN 20% OF THE VOTE FOR THE HOF?" Over or under, really simple.
Either way over or under 20%; A-Roid will never see the lights inside the Hallowed Halls.........but then we all know that. My crystal ball broke in the move, so I can't predict over or under........
Forget votes for Arod, we already know that the non-athletes that do the voting won't vote for him. What I'm looking forward to is the hypocrisy that I guarantee we'll see when Big Papi is eligible. Victor Martinez who?
Um...I think it'll a be a loooong while if Arod will ever get voted in. Slightly ridiculous question, what % of votes will he get? Yeesh
Ron is right you've got to be either drunk or stoned when you post. I'm not looking for an EXACT number. 20% over or under. I'll make it even easier for you considering your condition. Will he get closer to the numbers that Clemens & Bonds are getting or closer to the numbers that McGwire & Sosa are getting? Just your opinion. If you don't have one because the question is just to difficult for you then don't respond. Easy enough? Wow!
If ARoid plays well enough these last 3 years and does a sufficient means culpa, then I do see him breaking 20%, but not enough to enter the hall.
