I'll just break down how trading Nic for cap space could work
    -Lillard-CJ-Meyers-Crabbe-Blake
    $13M
-Trade Batum for Turner (or someone else cheap)
    $3M ($16M)

    LA cap hold: $20M
    Wes cap hold: $11M
    ($47M)

If AAA opts in you shop or cut Kaman, if he opts out you can keep. That would set you $52-55M enough to go get Chandler. Or you could get rid of both and have $18M to play with

Honestly, cap space or no, I'd probably be down with swapping Batum for Turner.

Evan Turner is a poor mans Nic Batum at $10M cheaper. And you could likely get one of their two 1st rounders. That would be a total Olshey "flexibility" move.

Ideally you have him coming off the bench playing with Meyers. We need a wing that can attack the rim.

So we lose Batum, Lopez, Afflalo, and Kaman but replace them with Evan Turner and Chandler? That sounds like a terrible plan to me.

You would sign Wes for $8M/yr, Tyson for $10M/yr, then you have $11M left to go get a starting SF and a backup PG (CJ Watson preferably) then you get a Kofous-type off the bench with your "room exception"

    PG Lillard/Watson
    SG Matthews/CJ
    SF Free Agent/Turner
    PF Aldridge/Meyers
    C Chandler/Kofous

You got 2 good defensive centers, three 40% 3point shooters off the bench and depending on who you sign at SF now you got 4-5 guys who can attack the rim instead of 2... Sounds alright to me
