    6. Sign Afflalo to replace Batum. He will be at least committed to the team not like Batum who is partially when he splits his time between France & the Blazers

    2. See if there are any upgrades available for Rolo, if not re-sign him.
    3. Re-sign Wes
    4. Send training staff to check in with Batum, make sure he rests until August when he plays with Team France.
    5. Say goodbye to Afflalo.
    6. Deal with Lillard and Meyers after everything else is taken care of.

    2.) Wesley (or another starting SG)
    3.) Keep or trade Batum
    4.) Starting Center
    5.) Backup SF (AAA won't work)
    6.) Upgrade backup C and PG if possible

    4) Starting C
    5) Starting SF
    6) Be patient and possibly wait into the season to address all these needs. Wait for some high-payroll teams to blow it up after a poor start.

    1. Extend both Dame and Leonard, get that out of the way early.

    2. Sign LA to the 5/109, if he doesn't accept/wants the one year LeBron deal, trade him to the highest bidder of his chosen teams.

    3. If LA is signed, sign/trade for a defensive center. Tyson Chandler or Roy Hibbert would be ideal.

    4. Give Wes a prove it deal, if he doesn't want it, let him walk and go for Danny Green.

    5. Try to re-sign RoLo cheap to be backup center, if he doesn't take less or up to 8.5mil let him walk, re-sign Freeland cheap.

    6. Sign a backup point guard, preferably someone who can get to the basket/draw fouls and play solid defense.

    Things hinge on LMA and whether he leaves for nothing or we might get something in a S&T, so the only thing I am sure of is I want to trade Nic cause I don't think he wants to re-sign here and I want to get some value while we can

    Can we extend Batum this summer? If so I'd be all for it. We could do a lot worse than Batum.

    Well, being safe, I'd wait till after the eurocup thing to extend him.
