I noticed recently that Robinson Cano is off to a less then stellar season with worse power numbers then he even put up last year with only 1 HR in 130 ABs so I looked at the overall numbers...... In 9 years with the Yankees he averaged a HR every 26.1 ABs & over his last 5 seasons with the Yankees he averaged a HR every 21.8 ABs. Last year in his first full season with Seattle he averaged a HR every 42.6 ABs & if you throw in his numbers in this short season so far, overall he's averaging a HR in every 68.2 ABs as a member of the Mariners. You have to wonder just what kind of a career he would have had had he remained a Yankee & the kind of numbers he would have continued with. I'm guessing a place in monument park. But now, he's not looking like anything that made Seattle sign him to that ridiculous 10 year contract. Can't help but wonder who has the bigger regret, Robinson Cano or the Seattle Mariners?
^ lol. Enjoy the extra millions and the facial hair as you ride off into oblivion instead of the HOF.
