Morey is damn good. All his picks ups are rejects yet they excel under the rockets

There has to be some magic to it. No one expected the Rockets to come back like that with Harden on the bench and having the flu and Josh Smith going insane.

I think i can get used to this falling thing.

He has his moments where he's terrible and does nothing right...but he has these moments too. I know two Dallas games he went insane like this, hitting every shot, getting huge blocks, making the right passes. It's like at any given moment he can be the best player on the floor for like 3-4 mins...outside of that though he's usually meh.

I don't think he is that great. Brewer and Smith were already known good players (not great) just in need of a new home. I think his basketball vision is lame, 3s, flops and free throws is video game basketball.

He's the 3-4 version of Jamal Crawford. Still, with his up and down play he'd be out best bench player. But I'm happy with CJ and Leonard now so whatever.

Yep pretty much. That's what makes him a great bench player though because you can sit him down and not rely on him when he gets hot like that.

I wanted Smith. I was pissed the Rockets got him for nothing.

I thought Smith was a great pickup.

I thought Rondo was a horrible pickup.

Both turned out to be right.

hindsight being what it is, there definitely was a concern about his attitude, but it would have been worth a shot. not sure if we could have beat houstons situation/money for him though, i think they gave him a couple million.

That was one of the best games I've seen in a while not involving the Blazers. Between Blake Griffin's spin around backward shot, to JR Smith's passing that ball off balance on his tippy toes falling out of bounds, to that crazy play where I think the Clippers got like 5 or 6 offensive rebounds and STILL never scored. That whole second half I just kept saying WOW... I cannot believe this!

I know Sly is probably going to have to put me on time out on the Blazer board for saying this but I hope the Rockets go home and stomp the Clippers. The way they fought back they deserve it!

The deciding factor for me is the fans. I hate the Rocket fans. I don't think true Clipper fans exist. They're just Laker fans in hiding.

    They exist south of LA.

The surprising part to me is that Laker fans have not jumped on the bandwagon. They hate the Clipps having success. It is the only enjoyable part about the Clippers winning.

The Lakers still dominate sports talk radio in LA. . Only in the last few weeks are the Clippers being mentioned for more than a few minutes.

They have very dedicated fans bro. Laker fans won't cheer them because they want Lakers to be the true team in LA. I've been to games before they were relevant and they would be close to capacity almost every game.

I think the Clippers would be smart to move back to the Honda Center. Playing in the L*ker Palace does hurt their fanbases perception.

So who doesn't believe in Jinxes now?

JINXSPEED should be banned for jinxing the Clippers from beating the Rockets. His jinx is so strong, even the Devil himself doesn't want him to come to his games.

I'm still pretty amazed at this. You never want your team to be down 3-1...but after last year and to come back it certainly feels like Clutchcity again. Especially with everyone doubting your team every round and every game and a poster on a Blazers forum claiming that they are in complete freefall...

    Congrats!

But your team still sucks and Harden is still a flopper.
