You might as well have the pitcher hit at this point. The guy is basically an automatic out. It looked like he might actually get above .200 only to sink back to .160 again. What because he has a good glove? That's why you're dealing with Didi. You cannot have both of them in the lineup. It's killing this lineup and they need to do something.

Drew, Didi and Beltran are hitting a combined .198. They score early and don't do much else lately because once the lineup turns over you're dealing with this slop taking up 12 ABs a game. Without the long ball this offense is usually in trouble.

Ellsbury having only 6 RBIs should tell them something.

I wouldn't hesitate to wager Drew will not hit a point over .200 this year.....!

Give him his money & cut ties. Because you're right Vic, he's the closest thing to an automatic out that I've seen.

According to Girardi "He's been hitting the ball well of late". Joe, seriously?

Prado was a good move (rare) by Cashman. The man contributed, played well, often and anywhere, the fans took an instant like to him. So what does dumb shit do, trade him. Anyone remember Bobby Meecham, my least favorite all time Yankee, Drew is about to pass him.

This organization seems incapable of owning up to its failures.

Tom I still can't figure out what the hell the team was thinking when they resigned the guy. And for 5M no less.

Brian Cashman, "Well Hal I know he only hit 162 for us & looked completely lost at the plate but I think we should resign him because......................"
