It's an odd situation because I think yes you'd absolutely have to bring in Allstar Marc if you had the opportunity and hope you find replacements eventually. But for just next year we might be better off bringing back the previous seasons roster. The downside of talking to Marc is if Wes, Rolo agree to deals elsewhere, Marc doesn't sign, then we unexpectedly lose Aldridge. We get stuck with Monroe, Kosta Koufus and nobody else.
We may be able to keep Wes and make it work, but we'd hypothetically need to trade Batum for the right pieces AND clear some cap space to improve the team by signing Gasol
