    Because he's brilliant. Toronto is the elite place for hockey. If you win there, you will be a God forever. He has a franchise center prospect in Nylander. A franchise young talent on defense in Rielly. A power forward in JVR. He has the 4th overall pick in this draft potentially drafting another franchise center. Another late round first pick. Meaning, he can have his GM dump fatass Kessel and head case Kadri if he wants. It's perfect for him. They have some good prospects in the minors.

    some people just want the challenge. Theo Epstein left a good Sox team to go to the Cubs in hopes of bringing them a WS. He went for the challenge.
