Either play every interleague game with the DH or don't play them at all. It's a disadvantage to the AL team only having the pitchers hit.

Scherzer signed that huge contract knowing he was going to an NL team and would have to hit. Then sniveled about a lack of the DH in the NL being hard on pitchers. Baseball needs to get uniform, either go DH in both or back to no DH.

The DH in both leagues is long overdue.

I get there's people who like the National League game. Their usual argument is about strategy. The problem is that these are usually the older fans. With offense diminishing I really doubt younger fans first of all care. Second, I doubt they really want to see an automatic out in the lineup every night.

Personally, I prefer no DH at all...but I don't mind it too much as it stands now and I actually like the contrast between the 2 leagues.

..."old fans" weren't always old...and I've never really cared for the DH.

Too many pitchers coming in now that probably haven't picked up a bat since little league. When it's the WS I can deal with it. I just don't like all the interleague games now in the NL parks where the AL are the ones disadvantaged.

....I dunno, the NL is also handicapped in a way...I mean they don't carry a real DH for that specific reason on their roster.

...and even the NL pitchers who are used to batting, for the most part, are nearly as terrible as AL pitchers with a bat in their hands. There are a few that can hit, but not that many.

True, but I would imagine they can still plus in a better hitter off the bench than their pitcher when in an AL park.

...oh, for sure...but there's no Papi or hitters of the same ilk waiting in the wings.

I just want to see that home field WS decision come to an end before this years ASG.

I never like the National League Style of baseball even before the DH.

The alternating leagues was fine and a matter of fixing something that wasn't broken. To alter a decision on the World Series because an ASG ended in a tie was ridiculous.

I always thought the National League Teams were more small ball styled as opposed to the American League Teams who like to load and unload.

I think that was just the style of different managers but all in all I thought it was pretty balanced out. Can you imagine 10 teams in one league, 10 in the other & the top 2 went to the world series. Seems like only yesterday.
