i can't get a clear view on the replay. It looks like Brassard got his stick in and deflected the shot then the puck went off Nash (or whoever was back checking) and into Stamko's stick.

Agree, Greyv.....i enjoy this type of hockey with a little chippiness to it. Some here prefer ballerina hockey but i enjoy when there's a little stick work and chippiness on the ice.
 
Yeah doesn't look good for Mcd in that he ran his mouth about game two and then game out and played a bad first period in game three.
 
no, hank passed it back to Stamkos for some reason instead of freezing the puck.
 
It's so funny watching their PP and then ours. They have guys constantly moving. We have guys standing in one spot waiting.
 
we're 3 for the past 7, so the PP hasn't really been a problem
 
Tampa playing a super physical game tonight...trying to channel the Caps is my guess...!
 
startin to get annoyed, tampa knows only way to beat the rangers is to be physical, they are dirty and it ain't gonna work!

I'm just saying that it's amazing how stagnant our guys are and how we generally struggle and how well they all move and how they always have quality chances.
 
Like I said Mcd has been terrible in this game. All he does is gives the angry talks after the games and then sucks in the next game.
 
You see what happens when you take dumb penalties. Two PP's for us...0 shots. PP them tie game.

Frustrating.
 
And that's what a good PP does compared to our awful PP. You can say how it's been better, but we're getting PPs and not capitalizing and that's why we continue to struggle. End of story.
 
Palat was at the blue line with 4 Rangers nearby, he should never get back of the defense like that.
 
Our defensemen are making scared plays with the puck in the zone because they're afraid to take a hit. TB has noticed that and is just pressuring the hell out of them. And instead of figuring it out or being brave, we continue to be a bunch of chicken shits.
 
Thank god someone cross checked Yandle or another PP
