Ok I am in pins and needles here at work and not concentrating on anything other then wanting/willing our boys to victory tonight.

Stupid little league game interferes yet again with a NHL Playoff game so...as usual I will most likely be a period behind.

    Here is what I expect....

Kreider to make a statement again with a couple of big hits.
Hank to hold the ning to 2 goals tonight

Nash to be a pussy but...somehow the puck finds his stick and the back of the net.
We will all cheer and the next shift go back to hating him for the big pussy that he is.

MSL to do a Ned Braden (if you are too young and have no idea what im talking about Netflix Slap Shot) and at the end of the game strip off to his jock strap then do a Degeneration X Crotch chop to all the fucking idiots who boo him and Boyle.

I see AV getting a bench minor for getting pissed off at the constant holding and interference that isn't being called.

I expect myself to yell fuck only 8 times and YES BABY 4 times

We will win 3 to 2

Going to be drinking early and often for this one.....

Got the playoff beard trimmed up a little today, hope that changes things up for us.

The kid got permission again to wear his Lundqvist jersey in his game tonight, that worked last time, so hopefully this time too.

A shutout against Tampa is giving up less than 3.

Al, I was thinking the title for this thread tonight should be game 4 - THE RETURN OF THE KING. Lundquist will bounce back big tonight and defense pinches less and gets back to defending more and the rangers look more like game 1 and tie this sucker up at 2. Would be nice for nash and msl to contribute some goals especially if their going to continue to get the ice time they've been getting. Unless Nash doesn't own a tv or radio and lives in oblivion which I don't think he does he's gotta be hearing all the nhl analysts, broadcasters, fans etc calling him a gutless pussy for not going to the net with his gigantic body like kreider does. So either he takes it personally and starts becoming a force that tampa has to worry about and puts the rangers on his back or he really is that worried about getting another big hit leading to another concussion and having his brain turn to jello that he continues to go wide and flip up 40 foot wrist shot to the goalie. Think tonight will tell the tale as to which way he goes. Though I think if they had to come back from 3-1 against tampa they could especially with 2 of those at home but I think a loss tonight if henrik does continue to look shaky would really be a tough task. I'm not ready to watch only baseball yet so come on rangers, be resilient as you've been all season and pull yourselves together and get a big win tonight. Looking for rangers win tonight 3-1.

I'm not making a prediction. I think we will play well. I think Hank will play much better. I also know TB is very good at home and will be doing all they can to take a huge 3-1 lead tonight.

Coin flip game is what I'll say. Must win game IMO, so hopefully we get it done.

All I know is that in order to win, we need to be physical, our d cannot be afraid to take a hit to make a play, and we need to not give them any room and maybe knock their guys down away from the puck like they do us and assume it won't get called like it doesn't on them.

If Nash comes to play we will have a nice chance of winning, I don't see our goalie being bad 3 games in a row. Stamkos is the type of guy we all wish Nash was in the playoffs.

We pass up WAY too many great chances to lay one of them out. A few big hits will make them think twice and we're too soft to hit them. Unbelievable how soft this team is when it comes to delivering big open ice hits.

That's a fucking soft ass call with all the bullshit Tampa gets away with away from the puck. Refs better call that interference both ways. If they do, we should get about 6-7 PPs

Exactly. If they are gonna call that type of interference all night then that's fine. We'll get 6-7 PPs. If they don't, then that's a really soft call.

i have been cautiously optimistic bout nash producing, still will give him benefit of doubt, but that 3 0n 1 shorthanded, pretty much says it all about his lack of killer instinct, bottom line he is afraid!
