Aston Villa have won the FA Cup seven times in ten finals appearances. Their last victory was in 1957. Villa will wear their traditional claret, blue, and white uniform for the final.

Arsenal have eleven FA Cup wins, currently tied for the most, in 18 appearances. They won the FA Cup in 2014. Arsenal will be wearing yellow (in the merry month of May) for the final.

Jon Moss has been tapped to officiate the game.

Villa have three wins against Arsenal in the last 34 games they've played. Arsenal have won the last five matches between the teams by a combined score of 15-3.

This starts at 2:00am where I am. I was going to go to sleep, set the alarm, and get up; but I'm too excited, and can't sleep.

I see Szczesny is starting. I know this is Wenger's policy (and has been for ages) and it worked last season with Fabianski, but it has me very nervous.

I'd like to see Walcott start on the right, with a midfield/forward setup like this:

    Coquelin Cazorla
    Walcott Ozil Alexis
    Giroud

But I just can't see Wenger giving the start to Walcott.

Well there you go; Walcott will start up front, with Giroud on the bench, and Ramsey on the right.
