I guess it's just a coincidence that U.S. District Judge Katherine Forrest is best known for throwing out nearly every class-action suit that has been brought against Wall Street criminals. Deliberately defrauding investors and shareholders, price-fixing, funneling corporate profits to private accounts...somehow it seems every lawsuit against these already known and proven criminals gets as far as her court when suddenly she "finds" a technicality to throw it out. She has rescued Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase, Glencore, and Deutsche Bank from otherwise certain hundred-billion dollar judgements.
If he's guilty of anything at all, it pales in comparison to what the OLCC is guilty of. We all know which of them has the most blood on their hands.
