...jacking off the Sawx...they're still 4 games under .500 and are 5-5 in their last 10 games but since they won 3 in a row vs the A's, it's deemed as a sign that they are "breaking out of their mediocrity".

    ...the neurotic Boston bias continues;

I was going to say something about that also. What a joke they are. Why not the Blue Jays who gave been red hot and scoring tons of runs? How about Tampa who somehow hangs around? No let's mention the Red Sox beating up one of baseballs worst teams at home.

F them all. Red Sox go schedule heavy vs the AL East in June. If the Yankees do half way decent this month they will pickup games in the division.

Diarrhea of the mouth. Their home base is in CT......ready to
make their move to the big leagues......how about
moving to Bawstin where they can really show off their
    IGNORANCE! Pathetic showing.

Lets not talk about your 5 year $95M dollar man is only hitting 5/17/244 or that your big guy Ortiz is hitting under 220. Or how great the team s pitching is. The Red Sox suck.

Wait, so Bahstin is still a MLB Team....?

Hell, I thought they got demoted to the Carribean leagues, and were located in Newfoundland.......

Had no idea Bahstin was even in the Union.....!

    Hank Steinbrenner agreed:

Red Sox Nation?" What a bunch of [expletive] that is," he said in an interview with The New York Times' Play magazine. "That was a creation of the Red Sox and ESPN, which is filled with Red Sox fans.

"Go anywhere in America and you won't see Red Sox hats and jackets, you'll see Yankee hats and jackets. This is a Yankee country. We're going to put the Yankees back on top and restore the universe to order."

I've been to most states over 45 years......

NO doubt, In fact, I spent time in Georgia, on 2 separate occasions; 1 in Atlanta, 1 south of Macon.......

When I arrived in GA. I was utterly pissed off to no end, when the only games we got daily for 2 weeks; were those fkn Braves. (Due to Ted Turners Monopoly on TV), trying to create what he called: "America's Team"? (Yeah, reminds me of the Dallas Cowboys).

Being in Braves Country in 96-97, I got to see 1st hand, how many Yanx Fans existed in other areas. Especially in the Aerospace Plant I worked in, at least Half if not more, wore Yankees caps, about 40% or less Braves hats....

In the 80s-90s, I attended at least a Yankee Game, 2 or 3, when The Halos hosted the Yanx. Even in that era, You could see Half the Ballpark were full of Yanx fans, with their colors over-riding the Red of Anaheim. After the o2 W.Series, Yanx hats have become more obscure in The Big A. But, they're still there, now the minority, once the majority, but time will repair all that......

Side Note: The Yanx played the Bums in L.A. in June of 2011.....not only was there at least one Yanx Fan, wearing a Hat or Jersey, for every Bums fan.........

The Yanx Fans were 3/4ths of those still sitting, after the 6th-7th innings.........

Typical of 'fair weather' Bums Fans, to rush to their cars, before the game was over, to create the very thing they left early to avoid, Freeway Rush Hour Traffic. (You'd think Angelino's would of learned by now, hell its been this way since the 60s in Chavez Ravine........

Goes to show who the hard core MLB fans are/were, and who the fair weather pretenders were/are........

Tho' I gotta' say, this new concept throw billions at a Team, to try to buy a Series, pay players to sit at home, pay 3/4ths of salaries, to send them to other Teams, for Prospects; just to offload dead weight......these are the things L.A. Fans are buying into, and it won't last...........Guggenheim has to die sometime.......!

E!SPN is absolutely shameless. That old clown, Edes, is the biggest homer in the media and even he was busting on that poorly constructed team a week ago.

NY logo is a fashion statement in China, MLB clothing stores in only the high end shopping malls. LA is the other major choice.

Do the people of China, know this is a baseball team brand, or do they see the interlocking NY, as a Yankees (American) way of Life, is a dream come true in contrast to their life styles.

A Fashion Statement? to wear a Yanx Cap, and/or just basically stating, Fk Mao Tse Tung....?

I sure wish I could believe that but moves made in the off season give this fan doubts. Maybe they've hatched up something cool like selling the team to a caring ownership and drop kicking Cashman out the door.

ah shit; so veneer calipers are out too eh?

You know craftsmanship if being lost, when an Engineer cannot read a pair of lines on an old fashioned pair of veneer calipers; to the 0.000X of an inch, but must have either a dial or digital read out to know how to measure....?
