Well, in 61-62 Elgin and West did this. Though they only combined for 123 games, the most games AI and Melo can combine for this season is 141, which ain't that much more, so I'd say Elgin and Jerry's counts.

He's enjoying one of his best passing seasons of his career this year.

He's done that 8 times in his 4 year career too!
