AFChttp://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2702582NFChttp://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2702583Terrell Suggs made it, yay! Also glad to see my favorite receiver get in for his 2nd time. Also I am very, very, very happy that Adrian Wilson finally got in. He has been amazing the last two years and this year he has improved on his coverage and is not just a big hitter anymore. He has 4 or 5 INT's and two TD's(I think) and the season isn't over yet. That's pretty good for an SS, good for him to finally make it.

Rivers over Brady? Questionable, but I won't complain. Seymour deserved it. I will say though that Asante Samuel got snubbed. The league leader (tied with Bailey) in interceptions is not in the Pro-Bowl. Ok thats real fair.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (CB4AllStar @ Dec 19 2006, 10:00 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>How the hell did Brian Westbrook not get in? BS.</div>Because Gore, Jackson and Barber all had better season's than Westbrook had.
Well, Tiki has a little over 200 hundred more yards but Westbrook gets 1 more yard per carry which is a pretty big difference and 5 more TD's so far. Westbrook also has 200 more receiving yards and 4 more TD's there. I guess it's not a bad pick though. I good way to send Tiki out of the NFL, finish off a great career with a Pro Bowl.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (CB4AllStar @ Dec 19 2006, 08:07 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>Actually, Westbrook had a better season than Gore imo.</div>Definitely not, Tiki yes, Gore has been better than both though.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (CB4AllStar @ Dec 19 2006, 10:07 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>Actually, Westbrook had a better season than Gore imo.</div>I would say completely not, 5.5 yards per carry, 1491 yards rushing ,1909 total yards of offense, compared to Westbrooks 5.1 yards per carry, 1092 yards rushing so far, and 1786 total yards of offense. Gore has been the better runningback this sseason.
I like how you completely ignored the TD comparisons, which is a landslide by the way. 15-9 for Westbrook right there. That's what puts him over the edge to me...One of the biggest playmakers in the NFL.Brian Westbrook>Tiki also...

The Eagles averaged 25 points per game, as well as 254 yards passing per game, so teams didn't crowd the line nearly as much on the Eagles as they did against the 49ers who averaged 167 yards passing per game. So Westbrook is going to have more touchdowns, because Westbrook got way more chances down closer to the goal line to score than Frank Gore had. That is why I did not count touchdowns to much.
I dont care about the intangibles. In the end, results is what's gonna put you in the Pro Bowl, and Westbrook for sure got snubbed by Tiki Barber for one.

Gore did not have anywhere near the attempts near the chances down near the end zone to get a touchdown that Westbrook got. I might half agree with you on the Westbrook got snubbed for Barber, but I don't really care about that. Gore deserves that pro bowl spot, more than any other back in the NFC, Westbrook did not out perform him at all.

I agree with most of the selections, although I think Roy Williams of the Cowboys is one of the most overrated players in football.

He is a big hitter, and I like how he hits from that safety spot, but he costs them alot of times. I hate how he lets the receivers catch the ball from time to time, just so he can get the big hit, and I have seen him do this a few games. While he is trying to get the big hit, ther other team is moving the chains on the Cowboys. I know other safeties around the league do the same thing, but I think he does it the most, and it's just about dumb.
