I feel like this is what they might be looking at for the next four months.

Ouch. Jds would be a tough matchup for glass chin overeem

    Cain vs Mitrione.

Both guys try to fall into a front choke, crack heads, and score a double KO!

    Arlovski vs Overeem.

It figures to be short, violent, and decisive. What would the over/under on the KO be? 2 minutes?

    dos Santos vs Rothwell.

Is the Rothwell resurgence for real? Is dos Santos still a top guy? Could be a great fight from 2 highly motivated fighters.

I think AA vs Werdum makes sense for the UFC in the sense of capitalizing on AA's 5 fight win streak. Werdum probably wins that fight and it allows for JDS&Stipe to meet for a #1 contender match which would sell PPV's as well. Then you Werdum with a title defense under his resume vs JDS or Stipe and most likey Cain with a win or two ready to challenge right after that.

Incredibly impressed by Werdum. I didn't think he was legit and thought his career turn around was a fluke. Obviously, it isn't.

Having said that, Cain might go down as one of the biggest unfortunate wastes of talent. His body simply has shown it can not handle the regular grind of an MMA fighter. Going two years between fights can not be good for you. I do believe Cain can get the belt back if he can stay healthy and fight a regular 3 fights a year. We've seen him come back with a vengeance once already, he can do it again.

As for now, I'd like to see Cain vs Stipe or Rothwell, JDS vs Overeem, and I guess AA vs. Werdum.
