...yadda yadda yadda...what does that have to do with your statement about "easy games"?...you've yet to defend it with any sort of coherent logic.

...and this has nothing to do with who "likes" who...as far as I know, none of us knows any of the others personally...it's an anonymous message board for christ sakes...so stop making it out to be a personal vendetta.

...and whether or not you played ball and whether or not people believe you did, has nothing to do with it either...I mean, who gives a shit?
...like mess said, when asked to explain or clarify your stance on issues, you typically respond with crap like this irrelevant wall of words.

...a "suggestion"?...oh really?...care to expound on that instead of being vague?

Exaggerate a little too much on here,!!!

rick, blind hatred for girardi , really? And I cannot agree with your statement about players don't need a coach to tell them what to do, that is exactly what is wrong with the NBA, it's a players game and we see what's going on with that, and. 59 please stop lying , it's an anonymous board and none of you know each other personally, u r not the only one on here with a good memory

And yes the 2 games I refer too should have been an easy victory considering both tanaka and Pineda were unhitable,

and when is girardi gonna pull a rabbit out of his hat and steal one away

Please stop making me state the obvious

I haven't gone back to read my post but I don't think I said that the players don't need to have coach tell them what to do, I believe I said that the players being veterans SHOULDN'T need to have a coach tell them what to do. They should know this on there own & act on what they know & what they were taught.

And yes Pasta with all due respect it is a blind hatred for Girardi. But hey if at any time you can show me a post where you defended him or gave him credit for something You'll have my apology. Just saying.

Rick I don't need an apology, joe is a great guy, a former teammate of mine, all the respect in the world for him, he had a great career,, I don't agree with some of the things he does, the nite off crap is nonsense, and if I see him again it's the first thing I would discuss when it comes to the game, where he came up with this I have no idea, we had maybe 5 days off all season, Easter Sunday we had to go to 8 o'clock mass to be at stadium by 10 30... Things have changed!!!

Yes, Joe Girardi invented the days off. See this is the type of silliness I'm talking about. Pay attention to the rest of baseball if you somehow think this is just a Yankee thing.

I can only assume he's talking about Brian Roberts & no I haven't see any article BUT.......if it is him if he's bitter it should be for the simple fact that the Yankees were the only team to take a chance on him & he couldn't perform. And if he's bitter about Girardi (again no fan) but what I remember was Joe putting his lame ass in the lineup almost everyday giving him every chance. The fact that he didn't capitalize on it, is on him not Girardi.

Fuck Brian Roberts, as Rick pointed out the Yankees gave him chance and the man was not equal to the task. I myself was pulling for Roberts to succeed and play on the same level as he did in Baltimore. In my opinion the Yankees gave him more than enough rope to hang himself as they are now doing with Drew.

He could not believe in a 9-4 game he had betances warming up ... He said joe needs to be judicious about doing something that obviously should not be done . And he also stated he needs to be more cautious . From boningo n Roberts

...this is why I did not reply sooner. Consider the source...Seriously, who give 2 shits what Roberts thinks, one way or another?

The problem this bullpen can't seem to close out blowouts easily.

Pasta again take no offense to this but why even dig this shit up? Yesterday I said you had a blind hatred for Girardi which you denied but this my friend is a perfect example. Unless your purpose was to just show the man in a bad light from someone who's opinion really doesn't matter (Roberts) this was totally unnecessary. Just saying.

Lol . Poor Brian Roberts , wonder if his ears are burning

Anyway rick, the reason I posted this is because I feel it is somewhat along the lines of the causes and the affect of a bad decision, case in point , bringing miler in a game when he had no business being in it, then warming up betances and not putting him in

Okay, it just would have went over better if Roberts had actual cause to bash Girardi. Aside from hurt feelings.
