    I not sure I can go that high if I think I can get DeMarre for 11 MIL (12 MIL max) but yes I think Ainge would balk at that. I would go up to 9 MIL a year on average for him.

    The key indicator for me is attempts. He isn't shy about putting em up. 3 out of 8 of his shots every game is a three point shot.

    Y'all are way too impressed by LMA's point averages while overlooking the rest of his game. Leonard is a far more effective player than LMA is. More efficient scorer, better defender, creates for himself and others - he's good at everything and LMA is good at very few things.

    Leonard is a talent and a keeper, but I disagree..when he commands double teams and gets smothered on offense..then get back to me comparing him to LA

    Thad Young played very well for Brooklyn when traded there last yr, he shot the ball well and is another athletic guy who could play well in "small ball" and is still only 27, seems like he's been around forever

    if we can sign gerald green for 3mil a year, and get jimmy butler for 15 mils a year, sign LA for 22 mil a year. i believe that leaves us 6 mil left. so use that on aaron brooks for 1 mil a year. mike dunleavy for 4 mil a year.

    I like Dunleavy if we spend most our money on other positions. I bet Chicago lets him walk with their luxury tax issues. He plays solid d and can hit the three. Yes he's old but if we think we could contend next year he's the type of role player that could give us some key minutes. He won't be terrible as a role player or even an emergency starter; sometimes its more important to have a couple guys you know aren't terrible than trying to fine a future star.
