    I think the Bulls can only bid 120% of DunVP's previous salary. $1 over that by someone else and the Bulls lose the bidding war.

    The Bulls are over the LT with Jimmy, and the MLE. They can offer the taxpayer MLE, which I think is bigger than 120%, but not by much.
