    Pop is playing hard to get. That would work with a lot of free agents, but LMA has some serious inferiority issues. All this crap about not being loved, blah blah blah. He's probably eating up all this attention.

    That other teams are offering him the max doesn't mean much to me. Every year, several teams get "buyer's regret" for the guys they signed. Do you think any other GM has watched LA nearly every game over the past 7 years like I have? LA is simply not that good. He's above average, but he's rarely a significant force. He's a stat padder.

    How so? Kevin Love is an efficient scorer, LA is one of the least efficent scorers in the league, and leads the league in FGA...he's the epitome of a stat stuffer.

    I don't agree with your full premise, but I don't see him being the number 1 option on a championship team. You can't rely on 16 footers where you shoot 40% all game long.
