I think it has to be a favor to his agent of somone. He obviously isn't going to sign there, but this was such a huge embarrassment to the Lakers and LMA is being blamed for hurting their chances to get anyone to sign. So granting a second meeting, then talking highly of them afterwards takes a stain off LMA's name too.

This isn't the first or even the second time he has said he hasn't felt loved or gotten enough attention. The guy just doesn't have a likable personality. He gives a shitty interview. He isn't marketable. He needs to grow the fuck up.

I personally don't get it. I don't even get how the suns are in this race. Everything has been odd from that leak by the assistant coach to LA meeting with all these teams. Lakers for the 2nd time like really? why give them the time of day after they wanted you to be Kobes bitch? I just know he is going to the spurs so why delay this. They came in trading tiago and now baynes is gone. They are confident. They know it. But why is Lamarcus still doing this? he is already pissing off those fans.

He has a house there and live there in the offseason. From that POV, it'd be great. In fact, regardless of where he signs, I think he contemplates retiring with the Lakers for that very reason.

It's very very strange. I've never seen anything like it. 2010 LeBron is starting to look classy. LeBron took 6 meetings, set a date for his decision, everyone tuned in and he made his announcement. Simple and direct.

He has always been so quiet and yet he still expects to be marketed like Dame? Dame is under Adidas and they pushed him hard especially after rose went down again. Dame has actually showed he wants to be apart of this team and rep it well. His loyalty goes without question. Not our fault Jordan can't market Lamarcus because he is as boring as a fucking rock. This dude literally has barely spoken for 9 years and all of a sudden he is taking two meetings with the lakers and 6 other teams?!! I am puzzled by what he is doing. One side says he wants to win now in San Antonio, the other says he wants to go to the Suns to be the main guy there. This dude doesn't even know what he wants

Nobody knows if he has a problem with Dame. It's all media generated. With that said, if there is any question on who he had a problem with just take a look at the roster. Who is still here and who is not? Granted, if he had a problem with Dame, they wouldn't move him. Still, if there was a problem, I would think Dame would keep himself as far away from negotiations as he prob could. Not making a quick trip to LA to see him.

Or maybe he does know exactly what he wants. It's just us that don't know. Maybe what he wants is to have these meetings. Maybe he's having fun.

Having dinner with pat riley?! like what is this dude doing? does he just want all these dudes to gas him up and tell him he is so great and fucking cream themselves for him? honestly I don't care if he stays or goes. If he stays cool, we can talk about playoffs again maybe, if he goes, it's whatever. Either way, he has shown he doesn't want anything to do with this organization who bent over backwards for him and are still stupid enough to hold out and let every free agent get signed for his decision, now sending dame in. Come on, stop it.

I never would have thought that someone could make "The Decision" look classy, but I'm having difficulty arguing with you.

Dame has always been extremely humble about who's team it is and who is the best player on the team. I've never heard him say anything other than lamarcus.

It's odd that he asked for a second meeting with the Lakers. You almost get the feeling he is begging them to give him a reason to sign on the dotted line.
