July 8th but at least he set that date so you didn't have to glue your eyes to Twitter all day. You knew when you'd find out.

We still don't. We could all just turn off our computers and turn them back on July 8th, and it'd be done. The problem isn't his, it's ours.

I remember there was a time when we said it was Dames team now but every move has been centered around Lamarcus. Everything has been about keeping him happy. I don't know how Lamarcus was raised but Damian obviously loves Portland for taking him from such a small school and believing in him. He loves the underdog role. I think he sees that in Portland so much. We have so much pride but have always been the underdogs and counted out.

Well, there was about $120 million that went towards Dame's happiness...

From everything that has gone on in free agency over the last 40 hours, I've yet to see Lamarcus make a demand, complain, talk shit about anybody...he's stayed home and recieved guests unless he's met them in a conference room. It's the media that has turned this into a whine fest...give the man some space and allow him to process. Lamarcus is no child and has never acted selfishly...you can put out the torches and park the pitchforks because thesethings take time. This is pretty far from "the decision" although fans seem to be clamoring for some public spectacle..that's not who he is.

I see your point but in his exit interview he said he wouldn't "prolong his decision" that it's not his personality to do that. Yes us fans get selfish but I think in his case it's clear. Spurs or Portland. It's been that way for months. Spurs are the obvious choice but yeah, I wish he would still coe back just to give this team a chance

Even before the big contract he made it obvious he wanted to stay and be around because he loves it here and actually wants to win here

you actually consider a day and a half prolonging the process? That's just unreasonable

Taking 3 days to decide what you're doing for the next 4-5 years in not prolonging.

Quick, there is this $200k house and $100k house. You prequalify for both. You must decide in 1.5 days!

Maybe I am overreacting a bit but I am just saying we have known it's the Spurs or Portland for months now and I am sure he has known that

I personally don't think you request a second meeting with a team if they are not being seriously considered. Kobe has been called in for a second meeting.

Well it's Laker land. Maybe they throw in some under the table shit and somehow get LA to go there. I would laugh and everybody would think Lamarcus was the dumbest person on earth
