This is the only real palatable option left. Harris brings needed scoring, and we could trade for a vet on a short term deal like David Lee to give the squad some experience.

I just have a bad feeling that offering a max contract to Kanter is the next move though,

I fully expect Neil to go hard after Kanter.

    Plan A: re-sign LaMarcus

    Plan B: Greg Monroe

    Plan C: Enes Kanter

Kanter and Harris are both easily being matched at max dollars. Their teams are hoping they can save a couple million as the Warriors did with Draymond Green but both teams will definitely match a max.

Patrick Beverly is a restricted free agent that could be had; I'd give him a big offer. Same with Cory Joseph.

Kosta Koufus is one of the best unrestricted free agents available. Sergio is interested in coming over and we need a backup PG who can create offense. Marco Belineli, Corey Brewer, Wesley Johnson, Kevin Seraphin, Bismack Biyombo.

Snag a couple of them and hope they find a productive home here or increase in value for trade bait. I like the multi year deal we did with Aminu and Ed Davis; so they are locked in cheap when the cap goes up.

Develop the young 'uns for a year and save the cap space for next years free-agency.

Magic won't match. They just drafted hezonja and last year they drafted aaron Gordon.

    Kanter might get matched though.

Obviously there is still work to be done but as of right now our team looks like:

    PG - Dame, Frazier
    SG - Henderson, CJ
    SF - Aminu, Crabbe, Connaughton
    PF - Leonard, Vonleh
    C - Plumlee, Davis, Kaman

So if we did nothing else with the players here we would have to add at least 3 more players

    Edit: Forgot Connaughton

    Blake?

We need to add wings to that roster. Done right, we could be an interesting team in a year or two if a couple of guys take a major step

Whooops! You're right, my bad too much movement this off-season.
