Yeah, I redirect you guys to his 3 that tied the game last year vs the Cavaliers in the playoffs. He was about a foot inside the line even with the hash mark, that shot was insane.

I wouldn't put him on that level, but slightly under for one reason: his lack of consistencey (especially this year) concerns me. D-Wade is still really productive even if he doesn't go for 25+. If Gil doesn't get his 30+ game, he isn't much of a factor at all.

I would pick Wade over Arenas any day of the week, and I would never even think about taking Arenas. Arenas has more range on his shot, that is all he has over Wade. Wade is a better player overall than Arenas. Wade can attack and get to the rim much better than Arenas can, and anyone else in the league for that matter. Due to the fact that he attacks so much, and is always looking to attack, he shoots more free throws than Arenas and anyone else in the league for that matter. You can say it's the refs giving him star treatment all you want, but the fact is, his attacking all the time is what helps get him more free throws than anyone else in the league. Wade has ten times the shot selection that Arenas has. Therefore he is going to shoot at a much higer percentage than Arenas is going to shoot. Wade is better on defense, and a better rebounder. Wade is also the more willing and better passer of the two. So minus more range on their shot, Wade is better than Arenas at every other part of the game. Maybe even the biggest, Wade is going to sell more tickets and merchandise for my team than Arenas is, because Wade is ten times more marketable than Gilbert Arenas is.

Wade was VERY unselfish and he still put up 40 points. He forced about 3 shots all night and he made like 2 of them. His defense was incredible. He didnt guard Kobe for much of the game, but when he did, Kobe didnt do anything agaisnt him. He racked up 4 steals AND 4 blocks, which is magnificent for a guard. And his passing was some of the best that I have seen out of any player all year. He had two behind the back passes, that were right on the money, and he got his teammate wide open. Gilbert has been playing great as of late, but he isnt near Wades level.</div>I agree. Well said. Arenas is selfish and will eventually get his on a hot night. Wade is always looking for his teammates along with scoring. Wade does it all.

Most people who bring that up can't even give legitimate examples of star treatement, they just say it for the sake of arugmenet.
