Matts and 59.... Congrats.... The O's have faded and the Yankees are in first place. I knew the O's would disappoint me like this losing to the irrelevent Twins.
...Rifleman, to me, was much better because Branded was always the same theme each week...(He goes into a new town, they recognize him as "the coward:, he then saves someones life, and then seen as a hero instead of a coward.
+>I liked how Chuck could cock his Winchester 98 rifle and look the camera in the eye. The big Question is why Jack Palance never got his rotten teeth fixed. That dude needed an orthodontist.
...I have no doubt that the O's will be in the mix before it's over...Buck always seems to get the best out of what he's got.
And did you ever notice in these westerns that whenever you saw poor people or hillbillies that they all had pearly white teeth?
> Matts You have to try a flight suit and actually dive towards the earth under G force, swoop on a unsuspecting Boston fan, take his B hat and land in your Ferrari. .
LMAO, now that sounds like FUN.......! In fact, one guy in the baseball memorabilia store here asked me why I disliked the Bosox, and I replied: "I don't have anything about those hats with B's on them, or the dummies that wear them; after all, I do in fact own just one, which I've had for 40yrs, and keep it strictly in with my Camping Gear..........just in case I need a port a shitter, I've got one.....!!
Branded didn't last very long. I think it was NBC's attempt at trying to ride the coat tails of the Rifleman's success. I would assume people didn't buy it and still saw him as the Rifleman.
Yeah, and where in the hell did Miss Ellie Mae afford that boob job long before Jed hit Texas Tea....?
...Ha!...not a rumor...it be da truth ! ...DSOM is still the greatest album ever, IMO. Must have listened to it with Sennheiser headphones a couple of hundred times. I have about 5-6 different copies/versions. (original master recordings etc)...DSOM, Wish You Were Here, and The Wall are all incredible albums. ...saw The Floyd a few years ago and I'll never forget Candy Dulfer teaming up with Gilmore on "Shine On You Crazy Diamond"...,just like this; (Candy kicks in at the 8:30 mark; ...More Candy;
+> Thank You!!! Candi Dulfer is one of my favorite sax players. Of course I watch her play her alto sax and nothing beyond that. Bullshit... She is HOT. Check her live version of Life of the Party.
I saw Floyd in 94 for the Pulse tour. Perfecrt Right? They DO Not Make Mistakes. Guy Pratt on Bass. The pigs erupted from the speakers. Light show was so good, it had no adjectives.
...oh yeah, PF is notorious for their light shows...one of the better shows I've ever seen at a concert.
