Vector Tutorials?

    Does anyone know where I could learn to make a vector or find a tutorial?I would like to learn how to make them for future sig ideas.Thanks.

    Good-tutorials.com has tons of vector tutorials. Good luck, I've tried vectors, terribly frusterating
