A White Team of Sergio/CJ/Mickey Hattrick/Legend/Plumlee would be fun to watch.

Damn 19 pages overnight. LMAO, I cant read them all.

    My assessment of last night:

Considering Boston had 4 more games to gel than we did and thier PG played all season last year in the NBA, I thought the Blazers did better than I was expecting. I knew we would come out behind as Boston has had more time and this is our first game for many of these guys, since last season.

Second, Being Frazier was ROY and MVP, Boston, I am sure had him on his radar from the start. I thought we took a beating quick as Smart got hot, but once we gathered ourselves, Tibbets made a couple adjustments (Put Crabbe on Smart) We won the game. Just ran out of time. I was very pleased with the overall hustle and defense that went to another level in the second half. I also thought Connaughton/Crabbe/Frazier had solid games.

The ONLY thing I have concerns about Frazier is he hits the deck ALOT. If he is to make it as back up PG, it is clear we will have to run alot of screens to free him up more because, yes, he may be able to get around his guy, but his guy still seems to knock him down alot from behind. I thought he had great court awareness and was finding the right guys at the right times. Spacing seemed pretty good for the most part.
I am excited for tonight and hope we get to see Vonleh.

On the side, CJ, Dame and Leonard all on the sidelines. I need a taller love mug to hold all this in without overflowing!!!!

Question. Tonight is against Dallas. Think we might see a Dame and Wes meeting moment if Wes might be there checking out Dallas potentials? They are scrambling from every angle at the moment.

Very pissed right now. I was looking forward to having "breakfast at summer league" this morning, but my DVR did not record the fucking game!

You know what would be awesome is if Comcast somehow provided the ability to transfer recorded files amongst other Comcast customers with DVR package? Id send it to ya if I could. :)

I thought it was fairly entertaining, though fairly predictable. We come out in the first two minutes and take a small lead. Boston then takes over the first half and takes a twenty point lead. We cut it to nine by the end of the third and cut it to 3 with a minute left, but then lose the game.

The biggest positive I took out of the game was the second half come back. None of them hung their head. They came out in the second half scrappy and defensive and looking like they could win the game still.

Agree that we need to unleash Vonley! Maybe Frazier was trying to do too much, but he did spend a lot of time on the floor. That play before halftime . . . Ugh. I like Connaughton. The 3 ball he hit in transition from the left wing was sweet. He's not going to create offense, so summer league where everyone is jacking shots up isn't his thing, but he can shoot it & he defends & rebounds well. Crabbe had his moments. Not a real pretty game to watch, but it was our first game.

Sounds like (per the oregonian) that Crabbe shut down Smart in the 2nd half. Basically that is the role I see him in. Tough D and spreading the floor with his 3 pt shooting.

Outlaw became just an offensive player and now Crabbe will become just a defensive player. The world is upside-down.

He is not just a defensive player. He can hit open shots. Specifically open 3's. That niche will keep him in the league.
