Looks like the Titans are going all in next season for a last gasp effort. Give em credit for going for it before they all have to do what Portland is doing. Clips and Spurs are going to be good this season
The went from the verge of losing DeAndre Jordan to getting him back and adding Josh Smith. That kind of turnaround is serious. Anyhow, I like the idea of each of these kinds of stories in their own thread. The story does affect the Blazers' chances. It's not about the Blazers, specifically, so OT. When you look at the forum page, you see all the news that is relevant to Blazers fans.
I think their bench will still stuck Austin Rivers, Jamal Crawford, Lance Stephenson, Josh Smith, and a random center Who honestly thinks that group of players could be successful? Hah.
Crawford probably won't be a Clipper on that bench next season. They're shopping him pretty hard to Cleveland
even if they do, Rivers, Stephenson, and Smith. Unfunctional, especially playing off of Chris Paul and Blake Griffin
LAC does need a backup center, and I think LAC would love to have Kaman return. We don't need Crawford, but maybe we could flip him somewhere? Id love to get Terrence Ross or Ben McLemore, and the Raptors and Kings could be looking for that big name 6th man...
That would be cool. Cavs could re-sign J.R. Smith and have the greatest chucker backcourt of all time.
"Greater" than the Denver Iverson/J.R. Smith backcourt. Plus that duo had Melo chucking from the front court, as well. Quite possibly the "greatest" chucker trio in league history. They ran their own version of the triangle offense with Smith, Iverson and Anthony at the three vertices of the triangle - nobody else touches the ball, so nobody else can shoot. Those three were good enough to regularly win 50 regular season games, but didn't fair so well in the playoffs (never made it past the 1st round). BNM
