    to your point, Yankeefan, I'm working right now with Welsh, English, Scots and Aussies (haven't come across any Irishmen or New Zealanders yet), and it actually takes hard listening to pick up what they're saying sometimes. Especially on the phone or in a VTC.

    That particular FTX I was talking about occurred in 1976, and as stated I was blown away that a man did not know that the Brits spoke English. I worked with Aussies in the far east and yeah those silent h's and somewhat broad a's and double t's with get you. They were pretty cool people for the most part.
