    True Ciders are a different process. They are more like a wine. They do not have a boiling step nor any barley. I also can't drink any beer for the life of me.

    I never have been either. But, I did have a taste of a pomegranate cider at McMenamins that was pretty good. Not sweet like a lot of them.
