Who ya got?I would say that Joe Johnson has as good a mid-range as Michael Redd from watching him vs. the Raptors twice this year, and in some other games too. Michael Redd may be the better long range shooter, but Joe Johnson is more athletic, and takes it to the rim better. Joe Johnson has passing abilities too. I'd take Joe. He's having a terrific year.

I'd have to take JJ. I think Redd has vastly improved his all-around game in recent years, he's got a lethal deep stroke, and he's just a great scorer. Joe can do it all though, take it to the rim, shoot the 3, find the open guy, rebound..He's the better overral player.

Deja Vu, I had this same debate on FPM 2 years ago when JJ was on the Suns. Redd was the better player probably but I think I won the debate, homers never quit! I think it's Joe Johnson right now. He's shooting pretty high percentages for a guy that's the main man on a bad team. Offensively I'd say they are close(Redd with a small edge in scoring but JJ being the better passer) but JJ is just a better defensive player and that gives him the edge. Even though I still don't like him and hope he doesn't make the playoffs ever again. [IMG] I hope he does get to the all-star game every year though. That's what he wanted.

Joe Johnson definitely. Much better all around player (not offensive though). He can score in more ways, he's a better passer, better defender, more athletic, basically everything that's been mentioned. f*cking Celtics trading him...

JJ... Redd wins out in strictly scoring, but assists overall give it to JJ.

This is a pretty good comparison IMO.Its a hard one but I'm going to go with JJ.Even tho Redd is a great shooter and he has some nice D, I got to got with Johnson. He can drop 30 points on you if your not playing up on him and can shoot from any where on the court.ATL will be a tough team to beat very soon, they just got all the young players that need some more time.
