sounds like NO is on the troll again it must be nice knowing you can pay just about anybody in the league and just putting down troll offers to make a team scramble
I was thinking the same when I posted it. It does not exactly excite me. Maybe Neil views "any" 2nd round pick as an asset for future trades, and since we are short on 2nd rounds picks.....it might be worth it.
