Their is no secret, they make more sacrifices and work harder than anyone else. Take a group of people from a country where the culture has developed around having to work ones ass off to have a halfway decent life, and then transport them to a place of near unlimited opportunity, and where they have no historical baggage, they will maintain their culture and work their asses off, but the rewards will be bountiful.
