I will be sailing right through the area they searched in the South Indian Ocean, but I don't think I will see a trace of it. A plane doesn't lose all possible ways to track it, only to be lost going to nowhere in the South Indian Ocean.

I don't remember him. I do remember a number of characters on the team of that era that wouldn't even qualify for anchor duty. Can't afford to haul any extra weight on a timed speed run.

A 2.2oz Nylon Force 9 chute would earn it's keep in the Southern Ocean though. Why don't you pass that on to your Blazer contacts. I could have my Daughter add them to the list
to forward updates of the progress. MarAzul with the Blazer Chute is nearing the antipode of Bandon, a half day a head of schedule!. Running December though February might be
fun for those guys to jaw about a bit.

Well, have some trials and stuff to do first when ready, but probably the first fair day after the start of the last week of November.

Never did recover from that day, so a new meaning would be good. I have come to understand my lack of skill in dealing with market though. Most of the movement in markets is
the result of emotional responses, which I was never good at. The movement maybe logical when viewed from perspective of being emotional responses, but that is beyond my level.

Sort of like the current rule of political correctness insisted upon by the liberal Democrats ( The total lack of by Trump annoys the hell out of them) has elevated the emotional response
to greater importance than the logical response. Most people think the debates of the day are over issues. The are not, they are about the proper reaction to the issue, acceptable
emotional responses vs the logical response. Nearly 80 percent of liberal Democrats are of the F (feeling) type and almost 70% of conservative are of the T ( logical thinking) types.
There is no way to win a debate across these divisions, one side thinks giving the proper emotional response is a winner, while the other deems the discussion unworthy to have since
    it only has one answer.

More Taxes on Capital gains is the perfect example. When told that increasing the taxes on capital gains would not be good for the economy, Obama responded, I is not about efficiency,
it is about fairness and people paying their fair share. The perfect example of the rejection of logic in favor of the correct emotion.

    The Marine Survey of the MarAzul just came in. I like the General Comment;
The S/V MarAzul is finely crafted vessel. All sections of the vessel examined appear to be in good order and well-constructed.
All materials used were of quality not seen in decades on wooden vessels.

With the completion of outfitting, the S/V MarAzul appears suitable for sailing any ocean with a knowledgeable and competent crew on board.

The value of the vessel was determined to be $1,750,000.

Later this week the MarAzul will set sail for Portland and then onto the San Juan Islands for sailing exercises.
