Poor display of baseball by a first place team taking against a last place tem.

My only complaint is that at some point you have to let your seventh inning guy take care of business.

Really didn't get it. 1-2 count I don't see why you're taking out a pitcher.

Agree on allowing the 7th inn guy to try and finish the inning....not exactly a crucial Sept game and I still want to win the game......

....but why the hell is Betances throwing curveballs to a .109 hitter - Brantley- with two stikes on him with the tying run in scoring position?
Two bad things can happen - you can bounce one in the dirt for a wild pitch, or you can hang one over the MIDDLE which .109 hitters can "hit"....and hit it over the fence.
He should've challenged him with FASTBALLS up in the strike zone a couple of times.

Luckily he got out of the jam. ....but still, what was Girardi thinking when he removed Wilson while he had two strikes on the batter...why use Betances for a bunch more pitches before the eigth inning?....I know you want to win and go with your best available pitcher......on well....Yanks got out of it in any case.

It made no sense to me on a 1-2 count. Let Wilson get out of the seventh inning.
