    I thought, that during the Drexler era, there was talk of changing their name to the Oregon Trailblazers. It has an ok ring, but I'd stick with Portland. Oregon is not a united State, Portland is and rural Oregon is a very different culture.

    If we change the name to the Oregon Trailblazers can we just steal all the marketing stuff from the University of Oregon? Change the colors to green and yellow, the logo is a big O, everyone goes OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO during tipoffs and when the other team is shooting free throws.

    I like the idea of making it the Oregon Trail Blazers, I don't consider the people from Vancouver should have an opinion, because, well, they are from Vancouver, who the hell cares what they think?
