The lightweight title will be up for grabs at FOX UFC Fight Night in Orlando as Rafael dos Anjos puts his championship on the line for the first time as he faces Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone on Dec. 19. UFC officials confirmed the main event to FOX Sports on Thursday. This will be a rematch between the two lightweights after first meeting in 2013, with dos Anjos coming out on top by unanimous decision. Most recently, dos Anjos has reeled off four wins in a row, including his lightweight title victory over Anthony Pettis this past March. Since losing to dos Anjos in 2013, Cerrone has gone on an incredible run in the UFC's lightweight division, winning his past eight fights to earn his first title shot since joining the promotion.
