If you're talking about KCP, then I completely agree with you. But I think he's about as attainable as Oladipo, Mclemore, or Muhammad (other SG's from the same draft class), and I don't see us getting any of them either, as much as I would like to.
I know its not likely, but if they're that desperate to make the playoffs they may, hoping that they could also attract another star free agent, since they should some cap space. We'd have to at least facilitate Hendo and Keiff, and we can take on their contracts they'd need to trade. I think we need to see what the market is for Muhammad, Ross, McLemore, and KCP, and see if one of them is attainable for the right price. 3 of those teams are trying to make the playoffs, so there's a chance they may want to trade the future for a better player now. Just things to explore.
