All those singles and a gift end result in the worst God Dam hitter on the team failing again. Note to offense when only 1 or 9 hits is for extra bases especially with runners on result s in a poor night. Babe Ruth used to call Leo Durocher the all American out, wonder what he'd have to say about Drew.

Astros will be taking a no hitter into the ninth inning against the Dodgers.

The O's lost again to the Twinkies and Toronto is already up 3-0. Going to check out the no hitter.

Justin Wilson you asshole. You have one job and that's to get it to the ninth with a chance.

Fiers of the Astros has no hit the Dodgers. The fifth no hitter thrown in MLB this season.

Going to be 1-4 against the Indians. It's like the Royals who are 1-4 against Boston.

mess, how many years did it take for ranger fans to realize staal was never gonna be what they thought? who was the consistent poster through the years that saw it, now every ranger fan is bitchin bout his contract, now why would anyone do that if he were that good?

i have also been posting about girardi's ridiculous line ups, his nite off garbage, his managing of the starters, his litttle league decisions for quite sometime now. This team with its personal in a very weak division should have RUN away with it long ago , toronto quite possibly would not have added the personal they did had it not been for this crap...

Because you're wrong. It has been the same up and down story for the Yankees all season. It's for a couple of big reasons. They don't get length out of their starting pitchers. It seems like everyone of them is near 100 pitches by the fifth inning. It has been obvious that this was going to start to wear on the bullpen. Second, the offense has relied too heavily on the long ball all season long. When that doesn't come they struggle offensively. Overall, unless people want to lie to themselves you cannot currently make any case that this Yankees roster is currently better than the Toronto roster. I mean where would you like to start. Offensively they have scored 60 more runs than the Yankees and they have allowed 16 less runs with obviously a lower team ERA.

This team consistently chokes against teams they should be beating. Swept by the Texas Goat Ropers and Athletics early in the year, lost two of three to the Phillies, have lost the season series against the Indians. Cannot take care of their own business. The River Avenue Blues stated that the '15 Yankees unlike the previous teams of '13 & '14 were fighting back. Well they fought back last night and this evening but lost. Without looking it up they are about at .500 in August a month that is best done by winning games. I have some doubt s about this team making the playoffs and even if they do they'll have a short run. Pitching is still shaky, offense is streaky, they needed to let Drew go in April but he is still there, ditto the Big Donkey pitching every 5th day because no one has the sack to demote him. That 7 game lead got away quick, the lead the Yankees have now can disappear quicker.

Ron and I have spoken about it before. While if you make the playoffs anything can happen I just don't see this team built to make a long playoff run. That being said I'd be thrilled with a division win if they can get it and let the playoff dice roll.

Yeah I just don't see this team going very deep.
