...I know that was tongue in cheek, but the way they're going I would not be surprised if that's what the future holds....can you imagine 3 digit #s?

After Jeter gets his MONUMENT, that should be it for a very long time.

I wouldn't hesitate to give both Derek, and MO' Monuments, not just plaques, but Monuments.........and IMO, i really doubt we will ever see another Reliever of MO's stature......or a Yankee SS of Jeter's spark plug catalyst type of play, both offensively and with His glove work....

sure Mo' wasn't perfect all the time, but damn close most of it.......

both no doubt, IMO, will be 1st ballot elected, the only question is what percentage of votes, will both Jeter and Mo' get........?

    RE2PECT........:notworthy:

Honestly, I'd of had NO problem with the Yanx breaking from Tradition, to give both #2 and #42, Monuments prior to their very last game played in YS........

just saying, ie a Vitalis moment.....

LOL, I hated Vitalis, Brylcream like you said was much better. I swear there was only One thing worse than my old man pouring Vitalis on my hair, when I was a kid, getting ready for Church.........

that one thing was/is Butch Wax......oh I fkng hated it, altho' I did sport a Maris Flat Top for most of the 60s, ........

Vitalis could of been used for Motor Oil, if you ask me.....
