Salaries are negotiated before work contracts are signed, if women feel oppressed, tell them to negotiate better. I work with a woman who makes more than me. We have the same title, do the same work. Its easy to see male nurses average far higher wages, but then you see most male nurses go to anaesthesia jobs which pay 3 times that of an average nurse. You can skew the numbers to support your case by using the general title nurse but if you use the title and skill set you see gender has no influence on pay.
