I find it interesting that a bunch of people on these boards, with almost no information, feel confident that no rape occurred, but not one single person came out to say they believe the rape happened. its basically two groups, 1) She's a Whore, 2) Lets wait for more information. The people in group #1 riled up the people in group #2. It makes me think that group #1 are mostly just trolls trying to get under the skin of #2 folk and I bet that most of group #1 don't believe what they are saying at all. Innocent until proven guilty only applies to criminal cases. This is a civil case. The burden of proof is considerably less. Remember how OJ was found not guilty in his criminal case but lost in the civil case against him. In the court of public opinion, there is no standard of proof whatsoever.

Celebrities are a small data sample and if we are measuring a rate at which to compare to the vastly larger general public sample we are only then able to compare probabilities. Somehow I sincerely doubt you have these statistics with which to trumpet shrilly an accurate portrayal of reality.
