If the cops are stopping and frisking only black men, they're going to catch some % of them carrying a gun or in possession of a controlled substance. If they stopped and frisked white men, they might catch a similar %. The thing is, they're not stopping and frisking white men (in NYC, anyway, when they did that sort of thing). Or stopping cars because the driver is black.
I say the same things about these graphs as you just wrote. The data ARE tweaked to achieve desired results. You can't have it both ways

You know, I read every post in this thread. I am stunned by the reaction to the video that some display. Amazing that such a blatant act can be over looked and excused. When one of the attackers can be heard over and over saying "Wrong hood, bitch" as he stomps on her head repeatedly.. and posts follow stating.."Check your privilege" and "There is more to the story than the video" . What? How mindless has this country become. It is pretty damn obvious that if that were a young black girl being stomped on by a group of white thugs, the outcry would be off the charts.
