Unlike the hypocrite Michael Kay who's all of a sudden singing Drews praises, I don't care if he hits 400 the rest of the way, I don't want to see him back in pinstripes next season. Again I'm glad he's FINALLY contributing (its about fucking time) but I still want to see one of the kids get a chance next year. Drew right now is just playing for a job next season & I'm sure someone will give him one, I just hope its not the Yankees.
Rick nobody is screaming to resign him. You're stuck on that. This is a pennant race right now not 2016.
Again, I'm happy that he's contributing, at this stage of the game I'll take it where ever it comes from.
Tweets of the Day Andrew Marchand@AndrewMarchand ESPN might start doing live cut-ins to all Stephen Drew ABs the rest of the season Bob Lorenz@boblorenz Bird-Murphy-Didi-Drew! Last time Yankees 6-7-8-9 hitters hit HR: 6-5-1977 at White Sox (Nettles-C.May-Zeber-Dent) http://t.co/zhtgbuKCNv
Being the "most hated man in the Bronx" must have put some boogie in Drews game. Sooner gone the better though.
I guess that Bailey forgot from his Red Sox Days there are never enough runs at Fenway. Gas can hell, that man is JP4!!!!!!!!!!!
