Butler and Jamison average nearly 20 points, and thats with Gilbert and his 30 a game. If Gil had Shaq, this talk would be over, b/c everyone on this board uses TEAM accomplishments to compare two players.

Arenas can co-exist with his teammates, Good for him. So can Kobe Bryant. Kobe Bryant only started 7 games in his first 2 years in the league. Gilbert Arenas started 112 games his first 2 seasons, Kobe started 7. You do the math on that one. Gilbert Arenas played more career minutes per game than Kobe Bryant did also.As for the rebound situation, The same can be said for Arena's assist numbers. He SHOULD average more assists considering he is a point guard.

Arenas has a few good games and all of a sudden he is the King of the NBA and is better than Kobe...you people need to stop hating Kobe and realize that no1 is a better player than him. You can say all you want that if Arenas was in Kobe's shoes with shaq the outcome would be the same..but you know what, THEY WERENT! It didn't happen that way. Therefore, if you compare the two players overall Kobe is generally better than Arenas in every aspect of the game. Kobe is having a slow season because of injuries that has cost the team. But the fact of the matter is that the Lakers are still a better team with Kobe. The Wizards have a better team with Arenas and we still have a better record!
